SHIPPING POLICY
Most items are ready to ship in 1-3 business days. Standard Canada-wide ground shipping via Canada Post. Send us a message for other shipping options (Xpresspost and Priority Mail) or to arrange a pickup/delivery for local orders (GTA only).
All macrame wall hangings are handmade to order and require approximately 1-2 weeks to be completed and shipped. Send me a message to commission a custom piece based on any of the designs you see in the shop!
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will gladly accept returns. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and have your item(s) ready to be shipped out within 14 days for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Sale and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All payment is completed and verified through a secure third-party server so your personal information is kept private and confidential. Your privacy is extremely important to me.
